It all begins with an idea. Maybe you are planning your wedding or birthday celebration and wish to make the beverage experience truly memorable, or you are launching a new product and want to exhibit it with high end, bar quality cocktails. Or perhaps you are hosting a corporate event and need someone to provide sleek bar solutions for the whole event - Maxfield & Dyer will make it all possible. We have been creating bespoke cocktail bar experiences at private events since 2018 and come with lots of experience, served thousands of cocktails and always ready to overcome any challenge. We aim to make your ideas become a reality.

4. our Estimate

From our call we’ll be able to put together an estimate for our services, each event is unique so we design our quotes around your needs and requirements. Our estimate will include our booking & administration fee, which covers all the cocktail bar equipment. It will also include the estimated costing of the bar staff and all the necessary cocktail ingredients, find out more about our team and principles here. We’ll send you the itemised quote for you to look over in an email, as always we’ll be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

The next step is to get in touch with us, there are many ways to do so, you can drop us an email, send us a message, give us a call or simply use our contact form here on our website. Let us know what kind of event you are hosting, the date, number of guests and tell us all about those ideas of yours. Nothing is too big or too small. We aim to get back to all our enquiries within 48 hours.

3. Talk to us

We’ll get back to your enquiry and schedule a quick call with you to go through the details of your event, you pick a time and date on our calendar that works for you, or can view and book a slot here on our website. We want to get to know you, to hear all about the ideas you have about how you want your cocktail bar experience to be. We’ll ask some logistical questions and take some notes. With over 20 years of bartending and hospitality experience between us, we think about every little detail, so don’t worry if you’re not sure on all the details, we’re here to help!

6. book with us

Once you’re happy with the estimate, we send over an invoice - this will include a 50% upfront deposit as well the cost of any ingredients or stock we are supplying. Upon payment, your booking is confirmed and the bar services for your event secured! We then lock in the date with our staff and place any orders with our suppliers. We’ll communicate with your chosen events organiser, caterer and hire company about glassware, bar hire, decoration and all the other logistics - we’ll take care of everything, so you don’t have to!

7. your event

It’s now time for your event, you can now relax and enjoy! We’ll handle all the prep leading up to the event and will be onsite at the agreed upon time to get everything ready. Our service is always seamless, we’ll have the bar up and running in time for the arrival of your guests, and serve expertly crafted cocktails & delicious drinks for the duration of your event. We’ll serve right up until the end, but if you want the party to keep going later, we’re happy to stay on as long us you want us to! When it’s time to close down the bar, we’ll set up a self service bar if required, pack away all the glassware, sort the recycling into designated waste areas and make sure the venue is spotless!
